The Jumpstart

A 90-minute in-depth session, offered in person or virtually, designed to kickstart your wellness journey. During this focused time, you'll have the opportunity to openly share your thoughts, experiences, goals, and vision for your health and well-being. Together, we’ll dive deep, giving you space to be truly heard as we sort through your thoughts and challenges to clarify a path forward. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear starting point and renewed energy to take those first meaningful steps on your wellness journey.

Thrive in Three: 3-Month Wellness Program

The Thrive in Three program is a transformative 3-month journey to help you build momentum and make lasting changes in your wellness. We’ll begin with a Jumpstart Session to clarify your vision and set a strong foundation. Then, we’ll meet for five bi-weekly, 50-minute sessions, either in person or virtually, to provide consistent guidance and support.

Each session offers a confidential, safe space to explore your thoughts, set goals, and create action steps tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and adjust your path as you grow. With dedicated time to build new habits, you’ll gain confidence and stay committed to your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Live a Little Free: 6-Month Wellness Program

Experience the transformative power of a longer journey with the Live a Little Free 6-month program. We’ll begin with a Jumpstart Session to clarify your vision and set a strong foundation. From there, we’ll meet for eleven bi-weekly, 50-minute sessions, offered in person or virtually, to provide you with ongoing support and accountability.

With the longer timeframe, you’ll have the space to dig deeper, make gradual, lasting changes, and fully integrate new habits into your daily life. This program allows us to celebrate more milestones, address challenges as they arise, and adjust your goals as you evolve. You’ll gain the confidence and tools to sustain your progress, creating a life of greater freedom, balance, and vibrant health. Together, we’ll move toward a version of wellness that’s true to who you are and supports the life you envision.
